Event Description:
You are invited to participate in the 5th Annual State of the Outdoors event on May 15th at the Norris Penrose Event Center- Heritage Room from 4:30-6:30 PM for an evening of networking, inspiration, updates on the current state of our outdoors, and more! Engage and connect with local leaders and groups who work behind-the-scenes to conserve, maintain, and enhance the outdoors in the Pikes Peak region for our recreational enjoyment.

- Forest Health planning, including fire mitigation efforts underway
- The Outdoor Pikes Peak Initiative - the regional planning initiative to advance conservation and recreation priorities in the region
- Updates and engagement opportunities for other outdoor projects in the region
- Connect with outdoor industry leaders and learn about opportunities to partner during an Outdoor Expo
- Participate in a Silent Auction supporting Pikes Peak Outdoor Recreation Alliance and bid on items such as a Women’s Fly Fishing Happy Hour Event, tickets to the Cripple Creek Butte Theatre, guided food tours, and more!
