Ethnically-diverse companies are 35% more likely to outperform their competitors. (McKinsey)

Many organizations are looking for diverse talent but may not have taken the steps to retain that talent in the long run. Team members, no matter their skin color or background, need to feel like they are respected and can speak up with unique ideas. We all want to be our authentic selves and creating a culture that allows for that is the best way to keep employees happy.
Join us for this Chamber Connect to learn some ways that leaders and employees can create inclusive work environments for everyone to feel seen, heard, and valued.
