SPEAKER BIOS:
Jessica Farias is the Market President for iHeartMedia Southern Colorado. A Colorado native, Jessica has been in marketing and advertising for over 35 years. Cultivating and leading teams is a passion for Jessica. Helping people grow in their careers, creating effective marketing campaigns for clients, and “making noise” in the community fuels Jessica’s passion. Jessica has been married to the love of her life, Alfred, for 36 years. They have two grown children, Alexaundria and Isaac.
Jim Broyles has been Vice President of Advertising and Sales for The Colorado Springs Gazette for the past 4 years. Prior to coming to Colorado Springs he held similar positions in Fort Collins, Colorado, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. Jim is passionate about helping businesses of all sizes drive results through print, digital, events and video advertising. Jim has served on boards for various nonprofits including the Better Business Bureau, Meals on Wheels and others. Jim is a member of the Multimedia Newspaper Advertising Executives Association which is the oldest newspaper advertising executives association in the country.
Joe Cole is the former weeknight anchor for FOX21 News in Colorado Springs and now handles the tasks of News Director. Cole is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he received his degree in Broadcasting with a double minor in Psychology and Speech Communications. Cole started his career in broadcasting as a reporter for the Fox Affiliate in Fresno, Calif. From there, he moved behind the anchor desk as a morning anchor in Medford, Ore., followed by a short stint at KRDO in Colorado Springs. On March 11, 2001, Cole anchored and launched the first-ever broadcast of FOX21 News at Nine and has been a part of FOX21 News ever since. As a long-standing member of the community Cole serves on several boards including the First Tee of Southern Colorado and the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony board. When not at work, you’ll usually find him on a local mountain biking trail or golf course.
Tammy Fogall is a Senior Account Executive with Colorado Publishing Company. She has worked for the company for about 15 years and is responsible for selling print, sponsorships and digital advertising campaigns. She assists companies with their marketing aspirations and is a connector to her clients in the Colorado Springs area. She worked for the Colorado Springs Gazette in the 90’s for about 10-years and Nationwide Advertising Service directly out of college. Overall, she has about 25 years of advertising experience. Tammy also has a servant heart; she is currently a Colorado Springs/EDC Chamber Ambassador. She also serves on the Small Business Advisory Council with the Chamber, and she serves on the Military Spouse Career Coalition board. In September, she will also join the Children’s Literacy Center board. In the past she has served on the Mountain Post Historical Association (MPHA). She also served as board chair for the Military Spouse Career Committee for 2 years. Tammy has lived in Colorado Springs for 29-years and enjoys spending time with her daughter, Emily who serves in the Air Force Guard out of Buckley Space Force Base. Additionally, Tammy, her husband of 29-years and her 15-year old son, Josh, enjoy spending time with one another taking in all of the wonderful places that there are to visit in Colorado.
