RE/MAX Properties, Inc., will be holding a grand opening for its new office building through a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for August 24, 2022, in Colorado Springs.
This 15,000 square feet state-of-the-art facility has been designed to be eco-friendly incorporating energy conservation features. The facility has drought resistant landscaping, a passive solar orientation, greenwalls, and soon to be added electric vehicle charging areas and a solar array.
Established in 1986 by Joe Clement, RE/MAX has grown tremendously over the past 36 years and continues to implement innovative practices in the ever-changing real estate industry. The company has 4 offices in Colorado Springs and 185 Licensed Agents and has helped families completed more than 110,000 home sale transactions.
