2022 D.C. Fly-In

Our 2022 D.C. Fly-In is scheduled for Sep 19-22, 2022

The Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC leads a legislative action mission to Washington, DC. which includes briefings by key officials and meetings with Colorado's congressional delegation. Teams will be formed and interact with agency officials facilitating communication on issues of importance to the Pikes Peak region.

This event is attended by 50-70 business and community leaders.
Please note that your registration does not include your flight reservation or hotel accommodations. The below details should be used to make arrangements.

HOTEL

• The Chamber & EDC has a room block at the Thompson Washington D.C. with a rate of $219 per night.
• A one night advanced deposit will be taken at the time of the booking.
• To reserve your room, call 202.916.5200 and dial "1" at the prompt for Group Reservations. The group rate code is G-CSCE.
• Hotel accommodations must be made by Monday, August 29, 2022.

• Opening Reception will be held Monday, September 19, at 6:00pm at District Winery (located two blocks from the Thompson Washington D.C.).
• The Closing Reception will be held Wednesday, September 21, at 5:30pm at the Spy Museum.

CSCEDC Cancellation Policy
After July 19 (60 days out): If you need to cancel, we will retain 25% of your registration fee. We will allow substitutions, but you will be responsible to communicate with the hotel to ensure they can accommodate.
After August 19 (30 days out): If you need to cancel, we must retain 50% of your registration fee due to event deposits and planning. We will allow substitutions, but you will be responsible to communicate with the hotel to ensure they can accommodate.
Within 30 days: We are unable to provide a refund; however, we will allow a substitution with the above hotel requirements.
